Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or customized products
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
- Perishable goods

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@yakkah.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@yakkah.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:
- Check your bank account or contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yakkah.com.
